At SparkClus, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every service we provide meets your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations or refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are applicable.
Refund Policy
- Refunds can only be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of the initial purchase, provided the service has not been activated, used, or provisioned.
- Refunds are not available for domain registrations, custom server setups, or software licenses once provisioned or activated.
- To request a refund, you must email us at support@sparkclus.com with your Order ID and a valid reason for the request. Refunds are reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis.
- Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, typically within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Client Area or contacting our support team via email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless specified otherwise.
- No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time after cancellation.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Non-Refundable Products & Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Domain name registrations or renewals
- Custom-built servers or configurations
- Software licenses (e.g., cPanel, WHMCS)
- Services purchased under promotional or discounted rates
Chargebacks & Disputes
We kindly request that you contact us before initiating any dispute or chargeback through your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the suspension of your services and future account termination.
